歐洲的V素食標示系統
歐洲素食聯盟（EVU）注冊的商標為消費者提供了安全保障，只需看一眼而不必費力的去研究成分表。各國的素食團體代理“V” 素食標示在該國的認証。在一些歐洲國家，由企業本身提供的服務已經行之多年。對於相關產品而言，消費者重視這個標示提供給人們明確的購物指導和清楚的決策幫助。
V素食標示不僅受到素食者的重視，面對大型畜牧業，飼料丑聞和狂牛病，越來越多的人想確切知道他們到底吃的是什麼。
不過，一個沒有受控管的標示和消費者是沒有關聯性的。這就是 歐洲素食聯盟（EVU）與一些歐洲素食團體聯合發起這一與眾不同的標示系統的原因，而且該系統完全獨立於食品業。
“V”素食標示授權範圍
“V”素食標示註冊號為（№678.553A），從西班牙到俄羅斯，從冰島到希臘幾乎所有的歐洲國家裡都是合法有效的。
該標示如何使用？
“V”素食標示不僅作為素食和純素產品及相關服務的識別系統，也可用於素食團體的出版物或作為社團的LOGO。以下組織使用歐洲素食標示：
